Chicken and Broccolini with Buitoni Tortellini and Boursin Cream Sauce

Ingredients
20 oz packaged of Buitoni 3 Cheese Tortellini
3 cups Chicken Breast, cooked & sliced
2 1/2 cups Broccolini, cut in 2” pieces and blanched
2 cups Heavy Cream
1 pkg ( 5.2 oz ) Boursin Cheese, Garlic & Herb
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes , cut in half
Salt to taste
Directions
1. Saute chicken breast, cool & slice; Blanch broccolini for 2 min & cool.
2. Heat cream in saute pan to a low simmer.
3. Boil Buitoni pasta for 4 minutes; reserve ¼ cup of pasta cooking water while draining.
4. Add pasta water to cream; whisk in Boursin cheese and cook 1 minute.
5. Add chicken, broccolini, pasta & tomatoes; toss with sauce and season with salt to taste.
